Moose & Goose Gifts is taking a short summer break to spend some quality time together as a family.
Orders placed after Thursday 23rd July will be handmade and dispatched from Monday 11th August.
The website will remain open, so you're very welcome to place an order while we're away.
As every item is handmade to order, we really appreciate your patience and understanding.

Turn around time is the time it takes us to make your items once we have received your order

For example - choosing 24h tracked shipping at checkout does not mean your order will be dispatched within 24hours after your order is placed.

What does working day mean?
Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or bank holidays.
Delivery delays
Once your order has been handed over to the delivery provider, any delays are out of our control.
Turn around times
Turn around times are the time it takes to make your order. This does not include the time it takes to arrive to you.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive full tracking information from the shipping provider. This can also be found on the dispatch confirmation we send you.
